3 Flute Variable - US360

This high performance 3 flute end mill for Aluminum has three different helix angles (42.5°/45°/47.5°) to reduce vibration and improve finish. Its unequal index also assists in reducing the vibration while the high 13° rake angle makes for smoother cutting. The PROMAX Premier US360 is designed with an extra-large gash and a deep flute depth creating a tool that has excellent chip evacuation. This tool comes standard with a chamfer for corner protection and ZrN coating which is optimal when cutting Aluminum.
