At PROMAX Tools we try our best to offer quality carbide cutting tools to fit most needs. We know that there are jobs out there that require tools are a bit more difficult to find which is why we have expanded our in-stock offerings past Finishing End Mills and Roughers to include premium quality carbide cutting tools to help fill those needs.

Corner Rounding End Mills

With full form relief, resharpenings incur minimal change in geometry and provide a stronger cutting edge for extended tool life in our carbide Corner Rounding End Mills.

• Series 137: These 2 Flute Corner Rounding tools, produce a convex form on part corners in materials ranging from aluminum to high temperature alloys.
• Series 138: Our 4 Flute Corner Rounding end Mills are designed to place a convex form on corners in materials such as low and high carbon steels, stainless steel and high temperature alloys. This tool also maintains a .250 minor diameter for programming ease.

Chamfering & Spotting Tools

Our chamfer spotting tools maximize productivity by combining a chamfer tool with a spotting drill. This dual-purpose tool with a standard 118° drill point (excluding Series 130 & 131), reduces cost by performing the job of two separate tools. In addition, chamfering angels have a constant form relief that allows for more resharpenings as well as a stronger, longer tool life.
